As a small, local charity we are always looking for new people to work with. We often have new roles that come up and are always keen to here from people who think they have skills and experience that could benefit our participants.

Fabrication and Engagement co-ordinator
We're looking for an experienced socially minded maker to join our small but ambitious charity. The right candidate will be someone who can manage a wide variety of art, design and fabrication projects whilst engaging our participants in these processes and embedding meaningful progression.

Sessional artist product collaborations
We're looking for some local artists & makers to run collaborative making sessions with our participants. These sessions are based around you sharing your talent to help create some artworks or artefacts for sale on our web shop.

Volunteering with MiO
As a small charity we are only able to manage a certain number of volunteers and therefore look for people who can fill specific roles. If you think there is some other way that you could work with us we would be happy to hear from you but can't guarantee that we can work with everyone we hear from.

Art & Design mentors
MiO are keen to find some experienced artists or designers to fill our new mentor roles. We intend to attach these mentors to 1 or 2 specific participants who are working in relevant disciplines. Through these relationships we intend to create a greater level of focus and challenge for our participants as they develop their creative output.
